STATE OF EVENTS
With this course I learned about writing and performing for the electronic media; writing scripts for features, persuasive messages, informational programs; script analysis and development of performance skills for camera and microphone, techniques of broadcast and cable reporting; writing for visual production; production of field reports.
Sound Design Project
This is a project I did for my audio class in college. I had to recreate the sounds (and voices) for a particular scene from a movie or short film. I chose to recreate the mesmerizing "Fixing Woody" scene from Toy Story 2. I used Pro Tools to edit and the majority of the sounds were created by me.

PRINCESS PEACH
A piece I prepared for my Women in Media course. I chose to write about Princess Peach for my first paper in this class. I wrote about 6 drafts before deciding I was actually going to write about her. Nervous at the fact that my professor might hate it, she ended up loving this unique take on Media Heroines.
